Open the booking confirmation SMS on your phone, cancel the existing booking by tapping the “Cancel booking“ button.
You can book appointments only in those shops that have a booking button displayed on the site.
Foreign mobile phone numbers should include the international dialling code of that country; the dialling code is not compulsory for Estonian phone numbers.
You will be serviced by the first salesperson who becomes available after you have notified us of your arrival by tapping the “I’m here”, which opens through the booking confirmation SMS.
Check the settings of the pop-up blocker on your phone – the pop-up window for booking will not open and let you book if the blocker is activated.
Check that your phone has data service (mobile or Wi-Fi) is switched on and try again.
If you have not received an SMS within 5 minutes after booking an appointment, make a new one and make sure that you are entering the right phone number.
The “I’m here” button will be active 15 minutes prior and after the time of your appointment.
The queue numbers of clients with bookings are in a separate system than those of regular clients.
